5.11 Bastion Jacket (Ranger Green)

The 5.11 Bastion Jacket is a premium, high performance, tactical outerwear solution engineered for maximum protection, warmth and durability in demanding environments. Constructed from a two-layer 100% nylon hardshell material with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish, it features a 5K/10K waterproof membrane that also resists blood-borne pathogens; making it ideal for military, law enforcement and first response personnel. The jacket is insulated with lightweight PrimaLoft® Silver Eco filler (4.0oz in the body plus 2.4oz in the sleeves and hood) to provide efficient thermal retention without restricting mobility. Reinforced N6 overlays on the shoulders, sleeves and upper back provide added abrasion resistance, enhancing the jacket’s longevity in key areas. Designed for both tactical operations and outdoor pursuits, this garment includes multiple waterproof pockets with zip closures on the chest, biceps and sleeve along with internal tether loops for secure gear storage. Additional features such as articulated sleeves, adjustable cuffs with Hook & Loop closures, underarm ventilation zips and a two-way waterproof front zipper with storm flap ensure superior comfort and adaptability in all conditions. The integrated, adjustable hood and internal hem drawcord provide customisable coverage, whilst the jacket packs down into a compact stuff sack with an ID panel for convenient transport.
