If you require any special type of delivery arrangement, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We offer a free Click & Collect service from our store in London (we will contact you when your order is ready for collection, usually same day) and also offer a transfer service to any other RFD of your choice in the United Kingdom.
AIR GUNS (RIFLES & PISTOLS)
We provide a secure home delivery service for all Air Guns to anywhere in mainland England & Wales. For Air Guns in stock, we allocate up to 5 working days for delivery, although most orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. For preorder, backorder, custom and some premium Air Guns we allocate up to 7 working days for delivery, although most orders in this case are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. To avoid unnecessary delays, the rest of your order may be delivered sooner (at no extra cost to you). In all cases, we will contact you to let you know your scheduled delivery date. If you would prefer to have your order transferred to another RFD, please provide the name of your chosen RFD using the notes section at checkout and we will contact them immediately.
Upon delivery, a member of our delivery team will request to see your ID (valid UK Passport or Driving Licence) AND proof of your home address (council tax bill, utility bill etc), even if we are delivering to your place of work. You must produce this on request and your ID must match the name on the invoice. For in-store purchases, or Click & Collect orders, remember to bring your valid ID with you.

We use a network of couriers to provide delivery of Airsoft Guns to anywhere in mainland England & Wales. For Airsoft Guns in stock, we allocate up to 4 working days for delivery, although most orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. At checkout, please enter your UKARA membership number (or other form of valid defence) in the notes section. For Click & Collect orders, remember to bring proof of your valid defence with you, along with your ID.

This option is for orders that do not include any type of Air Gun or Airsoft Gun (avoiding additional courier charges including zonal fees, handling surcharges, dimension restrictions, fuel surcharges and extensive insurance). For these orders, we allocate up to 3 working days for delivery, although most orders are usually delivered within 2 working days. If you require faster delivery, please contact us and we will make special arrangements for you.
