If you require any special type of delivery arrangement, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We do not deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK or internationally at this time. We offer free Home Delivery on all orders over £500.

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our London store. If you select this option, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Most products undergo a thorough, visual quality check before being processed for delivery to ensure avoiding any manufacturer related cosmetic defects. Where necessary, packaging will be re-sealed with our official, trusted NEO hallmark.

AIR RIFLES/PISTOLS (INSIDE THE M25)

For Air Guns in stock, we allocate up to 7 days for secure home delivery, although most orders are usually delivered within 1-2 days. For “preorder” Air Guns or those that have just been shipped into our distribution centre and are being processed, we allocate 10 working days for delivery, although most orders in this case are usually delivered within 2-7 working days. To avoid unnecessary delays, the rest of your order may be delivered sooner (at no extra cost to you). In all cases, we will be in contact to inform you of your scheduled delivery date.

Upon delivery, a member of our delivery team will request to see your ID (valid UK Passport or Driving Licence). You must produce this on request and your ID must match the name on the invoice. For Click & Collect orders, just remember to bring a copy of your ID with you to our store.

For Airsoft Guns in stock, we allocate up to 4 days for secure home delivery, although most orders are usually delivered within 1-2 days. Once you have placed an order, please enter your UKARA membership number at checkout. If you do not have a UKARA membership, just send proof of another form of valid defence to info@neoairguns.co.uk along with your order number. You do not need to do this for Click & Collect orders, but remember to bring proof of your valid defence with you to our store. For home deliveries, tracking information will be provided and your order will require a signature upon delivery.
